Founder & CEO
Brendan has been in franchising for 15 years. He got his start wearing a number of different hats while with the Spicy Pickle. In between his efforts with the Spicy Pickle and WellBiz Brands, where he contributed to the growth of Elements Massage, Fitness Together and Fit 36, he owned and operated Charles Development Services. In 2015, Brendan rebranded CDS and redC Real Estate Design & Construction was born. Over the years, he has worked with a number of different brands contributing to their growth throughout the country managing over 350 tenant improvement developments. Most recently, Brendan has pushed the redC evolution into including Franchise & Brand Development services and a growing Real Estate & Construction department.
Owner / Design & Construction
Blair is the latest addition to the redC team. He has an unmatched passion for design and construction which he brings to the table every day. This passion carries through to his willingness to take on any project big or small. His strong background in restaurant design and construction management matches his work ethic.
Real Estate & Construction Manager
Adam began his career as a mechanical engineer for Jacobs Engineering, where he worked on large industrial projects for clients such as Coors and ExxonMobil. After years as an engineer, he chose to transition to Construction Management. His experience as an engineer coupled with his affinity for field work was a perfect fit. He thrived in his career as a construction manager, so took the next logical step and started an Indian restaurant in San Diego, obviously. This happened while he was getting his M.B.A., and although it was an unconventional transition, it provided excellent experience. Adam feels that starting a business from scratch and successfully operating it for 8 years, coupled with his education and industrial experience, provides a well-rounded background for redC’s Real Estate, Construction and Project Management services.
Chris has over 10 years of branding and marketing experience with a primary focus in growing scalable franchise brands. He has a knack for making anything he touches look good. With a background in art and design, Chris provides creative direction, marketing support and design services for redC clients looking to build or add growth to their brand.
Procurement & Construction Manager
Eve received her business degree from the University of Denver, majoring in Hotel/Restaurant management. She has 27 years of experience in procurement, the majority of which has been in the restaurant equipment and supplies category. Eve has been a reliable member of the redC team since its inception. She has a keen eye for detail and a great understanding of construction and project management.
